Relying on locally sourced seasonal produce, our cooking style is modern British – though as befits a company run by a French woman, there is sometimes an added dash of Mediterranean panache! We are always scrupulous in our attention to ethical standards and use free range, fair trade, and – if requested – organic products and even eco-friendly wines.
