We are very selective when choosing our Drinks suppliers; we taste, evaluate and carefully select the wines we represent. WHITE WINE Valle Dorado Chile Sauvignon Blanc 2007 Tropical fruit and notes of pears and peaches. Fresh and balanced on the palate with a crisp finish. Pinot Grigio Venezie Cielo, Italy 2007 Dry white wine from this popular area, with clean and fresh fruit flavours. Echeverria Unwooded Chardonnay 2007 Fresh and upfront tropical fruit flavours, without oak ageing to enhance the purity. Rioja Blanco Ondarre, Spain 2006/07 Barrel fermented for extra richness, this is a clean and dry white from Spain's most famous region. Macon Blanc Villages Domaine Botti, France 2006/07 Delicate bouquet with floral and fruit hints, retaining the terroir of Macon, well balanced and stylish. Gewurztraminer Weltvrede, South Africa 2007 Lovely rose petal aroma and off dry in style, with crisp acidity and a clean finish. Chablis Domaine Jean Goulley France 2006/07 Good weight with a clean, pronounced mineral character on the nose and palate. Classic Chablis. Sancerre Domaine Gerard Millet France 2006/07 Overt Sauvignon notes of grapefruit and lemon with good weight and a clean crisp finish. Crozes Hermitage Domaine Michelas St Jemms, France 2005 Fresh plummy fruit, with hints of black olives, a classic syrah wine. Parducci Zinfandel, California 2004 A big and mouth filling wine, with hints of spice and pepper and a warm finish. ROSE WINE Chateau de l Aumerade Cotes de Provence, France 2006/07 Lovely salmon-pink colour, with very refined fruit and a clean finish, in the traditional `Provencale' bottle. Prosecco di Conegliano NV From one of the best producers of this fashionable sparkling wine, a clean and dry wine, with good mousse and great length. Champagne Moutard Grande Cuvee NV Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this is a refined and elegant wine from this family owned house in Aube Champagne Perrier Jouet Grand Brut NV Delicate and developed nose, full flavour with plenty of fruit in the mouth with a good balance and long length. DESSERT WINE Berton Reserve Botrytis Semillon-Half bottle, Australia 2005/06 Lusciously sweet and complex, yet delivering great freshness. Muscat Beaumes de Venise Domaine de Coyeux-Half bottle, France 2003 Rich, clean and refreshing, with ripe apricot flavours. Pelee Island Vidal Ice Wine-Half bottle, Canada 2005/06 Grapes are harvested when it is-10c and then frozen naturally on the vine; this gives great intensity and very luscious flavours, Pale and wonderful. PORT Barros Special Reserve Complex aromas of ripe fruit, full bodied and rich style. Barros LBV 2001/03 Deep colour with aromas reminiscent of ripe berry fruit and mulberry.
